    Very promising crm for small business!

    We’ve tried many options for our small agency including pipedrive, salesmate, capsule, copper, and hubspot. I can say hands down BigIn is the best blend of simplicity and power to keep a small sales team organized. It’s very clear the team behind it has learned a lot about what’s real important in a crm from the years of developing the big brother to BigIn, ZohoCRM. BigIn’s apps are very beautiful and there’s even a native Windows app. They’re so customizable, I especially love how you can control exactly what shows up in each type of notification! There are a few things I think could be improved and hope BigIn may work on <3 First, it would be great to have a week calendar view for activities instead of only list view. It would be especially great if you could see all your team’s activities (esp events) in a calendar. Second, the way BigIn syncs with google calendar (requires creating a separate calendar folder) is frustrating - it should let you sync with one or more existing calendar folders since you may have dozens of meetings already scheduled into the future. Finally, the support only by email is a bit slow and I wish they had chat support for the top tier plan. Overall keep up the good work and excited to see what’s next!

    The more I use it the more I like it

    I would like to see all my connected account emails. like in one big in-box. Anyhow I love the notes feature for each event. Wish the mobile app had the signals feature, to notify you of new emails.. I hope they keep making improvements!

    Needs work

    Nice look, and I’m some ways it is great. But once you get into the app, you see that the relationship among Deals, Contacts, Tasks, etc. is confused. I found it very hard to adapt the product to the very simple event booking business I conduct. Frustrating and disappointing. If you work everything from Company, you will have an easier time. Not what I would have expected. Support is very responsive, and they seem to be trying. I just have disagreements with the vendor’s concept of relationship management. Also it’s a little buggy. Example: a contact with no first name doesn’t appear in the contacts list. If it hasn’t already been linked to a Company or something else, it’s lost unless you search for it. Surprising after so long on the market.

    Easy to use and affordable

    This is a really easy to set-up and use CRM option yet very powerfull if you want your communications be organized. I would recommend it to entrepreneurs and small businesses that are growing and need an specific tool to manage clients.

    Would be better with some additions

    I just started and so far so good. I have a couple suggestions. 1. Increase max tags per record (5 seems to be the max). 2. Add lookup fields between contact, company, and product. Almost ideal for a small business.
