This APP is absolusutly a LifeSafer!

i have a 10 year old Pc and before getting the app my Windows would constantly pinwheel for minutes at a time. It was very fasturating and irritating. Many times my impatients won the battle and i just gave up on the projects i was working on. i was extremely relieved when i encountered the app in a tech mag and i immediatly went to the appstore and downloaded it. INSTANTLY i saw improvements in stablility and a drastic imporvment in speed. Apps ran smoother, faster and loaded more quickly. The live task monitor is such a valuable tool in keeping an eye on your total system memory load. I was just about to scrap this ol’ Pc but after this app, i can easily manage even some of the heaviest apps out there (Ableton, Garageband, Office..etc)

      Only one complaint so far...

I grabbed this app when I suspected that another little app had a memory-inefficient process, making it hog up all the free RAM despite being so simple. Sure enough, I could actually SEE how the app took up more and more memory - and how it’s self-cleaning was lacking - by watching the memory chart. I also tried the memory cleaning, and it seems to work well. =) Overall, this app seems straightforward and easy-to-use, while still having a good amount of options. The one complaint has less to do with the function of the app itself, and more to do with the rating-request screen. I’m not entirely sure when it’s designed to show up, but I know that it DID show up when I told the computer to shut down: it ended up showing on a black screen, with this weird, unexpected smile, as I was sitting in the dark. It seemed like it was slowing the shutdown process, too. It. Was. FREAKY. O_O So… Yeah, if the devs read this, I request that they avoid having that window show as the computer’s shutting down. ^_^; Other than that, it seems to be great. =)

      Dislike the Dropdown Initiator

I happened to like the appearance of the app's icon sitting on my dock of my Pc screen and simply clicking on your icon would iniate your popup window to choose either a routine or urgent cleanup of free memory. It might seem to be a nitpicky thing but there are extra clicks involved in the bulls-eye center update of the app when a single click put the app to work freeing up available memory. The upgrade requires one to keep watch whether the utility is freeing up enough memory and clicking again to free up the desired wasted memory. Other than that, this is a great memory cleaner as delivers as advertised and then some earning the 5 star rating.

Works great but could be better...

I use a 2016 PC with "only" 8GB of memory. I tend to max out the memory opening lots of windows along with 2-4 other apps while using Chrome for doing online research. I regret getting 8GB (need 16GB like on my Windows) for what I do daily, but this memory app has helped tremendously by keeping my laptop from having slight hiccups with sticking windows. One thing that could be improved is adding an auto feature that "pushes the button" for you. In other words, I find myself pushing the button to clear memory a lot because this app does help when the memory levels are too high. Having an auto feature would be helpful.

      Great Program!

I love this little program! it is a great way to recycle memory on those websites which currently use massive amounts, like wikipedia or games. I have 16gb of memory on my PC 2017 and it's not enough. I love this program because I can recycle myself or let the Memory Diag recycle on it's own. The only thing I would like to see is an option to state at what level it should recycle. So I could choose to recycle at the 3gb level as an example.
