I've tried a lot of these "take a break" apps, and this one is the cleanest. Not much customiziablility, but it does the job and otherwise stays out of the way.

the time period is not 20 mins but shorter, sometimes it's too soon to see another warning!
Worked great in Catalina, White Screen in Monterey
The app worked great in OS Catalina and I paid for the Pro version. After I upgraded to OS Monterey, it shows a blinding white screen instead of black and there are no options to change the colour that I found on app. There is no email for Support and hence couldn't reach out to ask for help too.

I'm skeptical of "good habit" app, but I found myself taking the prescribed break from the very time the scree. I could have skipped that first break, but why, when it was only for 20 seconds. To reward the dev for this wonderful app, I bought the added Move Around feature. And, behold, I started actually taking its advice. I'm grateful to the dev for this marvelous app. Thank you!
