  Great Video Editing Software and at a Great Price!

  I just bought me an Microsoft Windows this past Christmas . The best decision ever made. Since I take a lot of pictures and videos when my wife and I travel to Europe I was using another video editing software in my slow Microsoft HP Computer. Windows came with iMovie so I gave it a try. It does not work at all. it kept getting stuck and many times the application never came back from spining. So I trashed it , went to the Microsoft Apps Store and found this GREAT VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE "Video E.. read more ditor Plus Movavi" It's very simple but intuitive. Not like iMOVIE too complex. Movavi works pretty much like my old Wondershare in my Microsoft computer but much less expensive. I was so happy with the video I created that I decided to buy it for a year instead of using their free trial. I recomend it to anyone who just want to create a decent videos, fast but with all the glitters available if you need it.   Great product depending on needs.

  This is a great and very easy to use program. Most of it is self explanatory and not a lot of help is needed. I like that you can save into several different formats in a high quality resolution. This is not a super professional program but def great to do quick jobs and still have that professional look. The cons, and this is only my opinion, is the effects aren’t very great. You can’t really bring in overlays and screen them to give them a transparent look. There is only one fade and that is t.. read more o black. Would be great if they had a white as well for light transitions. I tried looking for other areas where I could try getting some better transitions or just any effects for just to hype certain videos but there isn’t any. You will need a 3rd party vendor and then some just won’t work as they need special functions to appear correctly.   Windows version is completely diusfunctional

  I only give this software a one star rating because no stars is not an option. I just purchased Movavi Video Editor Plus for my new Windows and it does not work at all. It will not play any video regardless of length or source. It will play the audio but the video remains frozen on the first frame. Obviously I am unable to edit or work on any projects when the software is unable to execute its most basic function. I have contacted customer service who have made suggestions that did not solve the.. read more problem. In the meantime I have tested several other video editors including iMovie, Adobe Premier Pro and Wondershare Filmora and they all work perfectly so I don't think the problem is related to my computer or OS. Now, when contacting customer service for a refund, I am told that they are unable to access my license info because I purchased the software through the App Store and therefore they are conveniently unable to issue a refund. Interestingly, there did not seem to be any issue related to processing my payment. When you see the Google Ad that reads "Best Video Editor For Windows", don't believe it.

  Big Step Up From iMovie

  I have used iMovie for years. It is a good, simple video editor. After I decided that I needed more I discovered Movavi and decided to give it a try. Really glad that I did. Two features that I really enjoy after just a short time using Movavi. You can take still frames, then edit them in a photo app within Movavi. So if you want to make a title screen with a still behind it, you can make the still darker, for instande, so that the white title text shows. And sound editing. I shoot video at meet.. read more ings each month. The place where we meet has an HVAC system that produces this annoying hum. After awhile your ear gets used to it but the camera mic pics it up clearly. Among other features there is a Background Noise Removal feature that removes the HVAC hum but leaves the speakers voices in tact.   Almost There

  The new interface and functionality is golden, and I can see the team is really thinking things through. It feels so much more intuitive than previous usages. There are, however, still some adjustments that need to be made compared to previous versions. The Titles library still seems pretty limited. The title presets and animation presets are not individualized, and there are not as many ways to decorate the titles compared to Filmora. And the program does not support transparencies for insertin.. read more g animated objects. But I can see this program is really growing, and it may get there eventually.
