iWalk Overview
What is iWalk? "Get up and Walk" is a free app designed to remind users to take breaks from sitting in front of their computer screens for extended periods of time. The app also reminds users to blink their eyes and take their eyes off the screen to prevent eye strain and vision problems. The app features a minimalistic design and allows users to set their own reminder messages in any language. Version 2.0 includes motivational health tips and quotes, which can be turned on or off. The app also allows users to snooze reminders with a quick mouse click or space bar press.
