What is Baby Workout? The Baby Workout app is designed for pregnant women and new mothers who want to stay fit and healthy. The app offers real-time video workouts with a professional instructor, Claudia, who has a degree in sports science and over 10 years of experience in the field. The workouts are specifically designed for three categories: 1st/2nd trimester, 3rd trimester, and you and your baby. The app allows users to perform their workouts at any time at home or wherever they want, without the need to buy extra training material. The workouts are designed to work on every spot of the body, including abs, legs, buttocks, upper body, whole body, cardio, and warmups. The app also allows users to create, save, and load their individual programs according to their needs. The app is available for iOS devices and can be streamed directly to the TV using AirPlay and AppleTV.
