What is Universal? Universal Meditation is an app that provides meditation training and a synchronized global meditation platform. The app offers guided meditation for beginners, with 7 or 12 minute sessions that help increase daily mindfulness. It also includes pre-recorded mantras for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, as well as the ability to create custom affirmations or mantras.
