Software Reviews and Criticism

    Crap

Like the other guy said, someone in IT thought this was a good idea. It’s not. My job doesn’t require me to work on the computer off site but it is nice to access schedules and email. I cannot access the site at all through this application. It is useless unless not having staff on the site at home was the goal to start with.

A terrible application made even worse!

The previous version of this application was awful, and the developers really outdid themselves with this new version! It's an application that, when you boil it down, six digit codes, and it takes five seconds to launch and weighs in at two megabytes. That might sound like a trivial complaint, but five seconds here, five seconds there, pretty soon you're talking about real money. But let's me honest: My review doesn't matter. You're only using this application because some nerd in the IT department made you. When you have no choice, it doesn't matter how bad it is.

Does its job, but it could be much better

While it certain takes a too longer to load, particularly when compared to the mobile app, using this app still reduces the time it takes to get a random code - at least for me (get phone, unlock phone, find and open app, manually type code). That said, a few changes might make this even better: 1) option to eliminate password to view code(s), 2) reduce time to generate code(s), 3) add PC menubar support for two-step process (e.g., click to open, click to copy code/close). My $0.02
