    Excellent Customer Service!

    As a professional DJ, I have been using Megaseg on my PC for many, many years and have been really happy with it. The first problems I had were when I recently when I updated Windows's OS operating system to Mojave in December 2018. It caused all kinds of problems with my DJ program, of which MegaSeg wasn't responsible. I contacted MegaSeg support and got several prompt email replies from the developer. We then moved to a two hour screen sharing/phone appointment and he restored everything for me. Megaseg has contacted Microsoft about all the problems, and they are slowly fixing them with their own updates. I am floored by the great customer care I was provided and and cak on my way to DJ bliss!

    Microsoft Music Compatibility

    Spent so much time updating my operating system to Mojave in hopes that this app would then be compatible with Microsoft Music, unfortunately even the 6.0.8 update doesnt allow more than one Microsoft music song to play at a time. The app is still useless to me and I'm not getting the product that I was promised when purchasing the app. Requesting a refund because this is ridiculous.

    Worked great until update

    I purchased MegaSeg DJ for its ability to work with Microsoft Music. I really enjoyed the service until iTunes updated. Then I Updated to MegaSeg 6 to work around the problem temporarily, now I have a whole new set of problems with the app. Very dissapointed to have made this investment if it won’t work correctly. Please fix this issue!
