Great app, but could have some improvements

Soundcloud is lacking a lot of usability when it comes to adding, removing, and editing playlists. If you could make the process of creating playlists better it could be better than the soundcloud webapp and well worth charging money for. Heck, the app that charges $5 is just a safari wrapper with hotkeys it seems like. I think a drag and drop, multiple song select, and add to playlist hotkey would make listening to soundcloud music massively be better. Maybe as part of the premium version of this app. Thanks so much for creating this great app man, if you could make these changes to the app it'd mean the world to me.

    All Show and No Go

A very visually appealing app, unfortunately several key features are missing. When using the search function, it would not turn up the song i was currently listening to on the SC website in the app search results. This was despite typing the EXACT track name into the app’s search bar. That is a problem. Also, the rudimentary keyboard shortcuts built into osx like cmd+left/right would not work and had to resort to repositioning the cursor with the mouse. Not a huge deal, but annoying for someone who relies heavily on keyboard shortcuts. Additionally, there is no way to filter search results by the standard soundcloud filters, cannot select track duration filter, etc. A great start to an app that has great potential, but too many residual deficits remain for me to fully adopt the app.

    Best SoundCloud Windows Client

This client is the abosolute best. It is it’s own interface, not just loading the website in a window and calling itself an app. Author really has taken time to use SoundCloud API to make this app unique. I would like to suggest two features if possible: 1) Volume control inside the app - independent of the system volume level like most sound apps 2) A way to see what current min:sec the track playing is at.

    Works great

I was tired of using SoundCloud in the browser with all my other tabs. I’ve been using this for the past few months, and love it. I only go back to the browser to do more “advanced” stuff in SoundCloud, but for the other 99% of the time that I’m just listening to my feed or my likes, this app gets the job done.

A good deal in the long run, but...

I love how this app has no obtrusive ads. The clean design, the seamless integration, they are all just done so well! It really shows the app developer truly cares about the user experience. Keep up the great work! The one-time payment pays off because you are no longer forced to use the brower version of SoundCloud that is filled with ads and hogs memory. However, the fact that this is only avaliable for the Windows is limiting. I've been gravitating towards replacing my PC with my iPad Pro for school, so this hook certainly isn't helping. I would really appreciate it if a similar iPad app was ported over so I can enjoy it at places without a Pc. I even bought the Watch app and it almost became an inconvienience. It constantly gets repaired to another device that isn't even playing audio and often glitches (buttons not working, slow connection, often need to force restart the app, etc.) so it isn't much better. At this point, I am forced to choose between a flawless non-mobile desktop version and an extremely mobile iteration riddled with bugs and complications. A middle ground, via iOS or iPadOS, would be ideal for solving these issues, but that is just my suggestion.
