AirFMC Overview
What is AirFMC? AirFMC is a Mac desktop app designed to integrate with the X-Plane flight simulator. It provides an interface layer to your favorite flight management system and allows you to have a remote, portable, and beautiful MCDU. The app supports a wide range of planes and FMC systems, including the x737 Boeing 737-800, UFMC, CRJ-200, Boeing 777 Worldliner, Boeing 757 Professional, X-FMC freeware project, QPAC A320 v2, Boeing 748i, Boeing 767, A320NEO, Boeing 737 Classic, Boeing 737-800 modified by Zibo, Airbus A350 XWB Advanced, Airbus A319, A330, MD80, Boeing 737-700 and 737-900 Ultimate, and X-Plane airliner FMC shipped with default planes. However, AirFMC is not an FMC in its own right and does not manage routes or flight performance parameters. It requires a TCP/IP network connecting iPad devices to a flight simulator and works in conjunction with a plugin that must be installed in the flight simulator.

2. AirFMC works in conjunction with a plugin which must be installed in the flight simulator and it requires a TCP/IP network connecting iPad devices to a flight simulator.
3. Please also note that AirFMC does not currently work with Microsoft FS2002, 2004 or FSX but only with X-Plane.
4. It does not have "intelligence" so to say, it does not manage routes nor flight performance parameters.
5. At least, not yet! What it does is, it connects to planes that already have these systems and provides an interface surface to them.
