      Useful tool

This is a very useful tool that should be apart of every inclusive designer’s toolbox. However, there is room to approve * Rapid color picking, would be nice to pick primary and secondary colors without having to return to the tooltip * rgba, hsl, and more color modes should be supported * Keyboard shortcuts

      Not picking the correct color

The app worked for a little bit, then out of the blue it started picking the wrong colors. The only support that I got so far is to reference a FAQ page for this issue which tries to persuade that it will pick up a relative value in which it will give the correct rating. That statement is flawed in so many levels. I wish the developer fixes this issue soon though because as of right now, this is just not useful anymore.

      Colors Pickers are Inaccurate

Typically I do the majority of my design in Figma. While working on a color system I used contrast, but realized later that the color picker wasn't picking the correct colors. Which is pretty unfortunate. Because that part of the app is virtually unusable, I've found other work arounds, but this is basically just a copy and paste contrast calculator. Frank DeLoupe seemed to figure out it's color picker. That's my go to to for that.

      Color isn't Correct

Dissappointed in a paid app that doesn't put out accurate color codes when picked. Doing work for the Government especially when they need to be 508 compliant this tool doesn't deliver to any satisfaction. For a tool that needs to be precise this one has too many inaccuracies when it comes to generating hex codes, which brings in to question its fundamental accuracy.

      Does not pick colors correctly

There are free tools available that perform the same color contrast calculation, and are able to correctly calculate the color value for a given pixel on the screen. The justification for this tool's failures is that color spaces are hard, and the developer ultimately suggests "Use the hex codes from your design tool pasted into the manual inputs of Contrast for the most consistency."
