What is ScaleMaster? ScaleMaster is a music app that provides a comprehensive reference for scales and chords for various instruments including banjo, bass, cello, double bass, guitar, mandolin, piano, viola, and violin. The app features a master list of scales with additional information like type, and a notation display that is automatically updated with each new selection. Scale configurations can be saved in exercise documents that can be shared and include instrument recordings that can be adjusted in speed and used as play-along exercises. The app also allows for chord matching and supports left-handed players, all common clefs, and extensive documentation. ScaleMaster is designed for both beginning musicians and professionals and is an excellent tool for advancing in theory and scales.
