    I was on level 250 when the game stopped working and just went around in a loop. I tried to turn my phone off and back on and it still didn’t work. I had paid for No Ads. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it started back at level 1. I LOST ALL OF MY LEVELS AND SCORES AND COINS AND MY PAID FOR AD REMOVAL. When I tried to contact them, they didn’t care and kept telling me I have to report it from Inside the game. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS. It just says I have no purchases to be refunded and there’s NO way to send a message (that doesn’t fit into their minuscule choices they give you). There is NO customer support At All! “Kenny” (a bot) keeps sending me emails repeatedly saying I have to report it from inside the game. This is SHAMEFUL!!!! Had I known this app was so disreputable, I’d have never downloaded it. I’ll have my money refunded by Amex since these people won’t do anything to help me.
