F1 Overview

What is F1? F1 2017 is a racing game that allows players to compete in the 2017 World Championship and drive some of the fastest and most iconic F1 cars of the last 30 years. The game features a ten-year Career Mode with practice programs, an expansive Research and Development tree, and the ability to manage engines and gearboxes over the course of the season. F1 2017 also provides access to off-track dealings and vehicle development. The game is officially supported on certain Mac models and requires a minimum system requirement of a 2GHz processor, 8GB RAM, 1.5GB graphics, macOS 10.12.5, and 36GB free space. The game is not currently supported on volumes formatted as Case-sensitive.

    LOVE IT!!!

    I'm not sure why people rate this game so poorly; perhaps because of thier Pc iOS version? For me it has been - by far - the best f1 game I've ever played. Love the graphics, the realistic aproach made by the developers - everything. Although It's a shame the 2020 version isn't available for Windows, this version isn't that different to the 2020 version, so that's fine by me. Worth the money 200%! I truely did not expect to be THIS good because of the poor ratings.

    A solution to the download issue

    I had the same experience when i downloaded the game, it said it was installed by hadn’t downloaded at all. Simply delete the game from your applications whilst the app store is open, it will promot you that you can download it at any time but are you sure you want to delete the app. Delete it, restart the app store, go to purchases, and hit download. It should then start to download and you’re good to go.

    I can’t get past the first loading screen!!!!

    I am getting stuck on the loading screen. The dots just keep jumping from 2 to 4. Can’t even enter the main page. Knew I couldn’t trust gaming on a Pc. Going to contact Microsoft store and Feral to get a refund. I have the newest PC 2017 and also the top end spec. This is disappointing and such a waste of money! DO NOT BUY FROM MACSTORE. At least go and look for other options! WARNING!

    Why is this game still active?

    There was a lot of work put into this app, but the value is lost because of the poor user interface. It needs an update badly. Why is this app still allowed to be purchased through the App Store? There should be some vetting going on here.
