What is Paced breathing? The breath trainer app helps users improve their overall performance by teaching them the right breathing techniques through paced breathing. Paced breathing has been shown to decrease anxiety and depression, enhance sustained attention, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Users can configure one breathing cycle, adjust the number of cycles, and set a repetition timer to repeat the exercise throughout the day. The app provides reminders through a little icon in the menubar and a sound. Users can choose from two presets to get started right away. The app aims to improve users' life quality and performance by teaching them how to breathe.
