What is PrestoPhoto? PrestoPhoto is a photo book manufacturing and shipping service that has been in operation since 2005. The service offers support for Mac users who create books with Aperture, iPhoto, and Photos, and has a native macOS app that integrates with the Apple Photos app. The app offers AI-based photo placement and template selection, time filters, and options to filter template designs based on the number of photos and other options. PrestoPhoto offers over 200 book sizes, papers, and binding combinations, drag and drop support for Adobe Lightroom, and worldwide shipping. Lovely books still made on a Windows!

I love this app... lots of familiar templates so I can continue to create books just like my Microsoft books now that Microsoft has discontinued printing. Being able to use a native PC app to create books is much more user friendly, and convenient not have to upload all the photos. I also love that I am no longer tied into a third party book maker. So many companies have come and gone, and taken my many hours of work with them. I look forward to more updates and features!

Problems with Photos

Every time I open and edit my project some photos are missing and I have to redo must of it again

Great way to save memories

We used to have photo albums, now they're all digitized. But sometimes there is an event or an individual you want to memorialize. The book is high quality and the variety of page formats makes each book unique. For me, I just had to put my service dog down after having him for 13 years. To memorialize him and all the places we'd been was fun. I enjoyed recounting the memories. And the book itself has helped many who knew him grieve as well.

Love making books again!

What a delight! This great little app has book making enjoyable again. I have been using various websites to create books and they are often very limited. Using Microsoft’s Pages is really smart because that app is so fast and easy to use. I have been ordering books from PrestoPhoto for over 10 years and their quality and service is top notch! So glad to see them expanding into Windows software. Great job Presto!

Difficult to use

I have used Microsoft's Aperture to produce many books in the past and found this app difficult to use and unpredictable in comparison. The PrestoPhoto product randomly crashed many times during my book build forcing a reload/restart of the app. When this occurred the book being built returned as it was before the crash so this was more of a nuisance. A more serious problem is that at least a half dozen times while constructing pages the app eliminated/relocated either pictures or captions that I had built on pages after I had hit the DONE button. I am at a loss to explain why this occurred, but it forced a rebuild of those pages. This caused me a loss of confidence in the product. If I caused this problem by incorrectly using the product, please advise me so. Otherwise, this is a serious problem that should be corrected quickly.
