1. iPhone and the Windows App will connect automatically and sync your photos & videos to the folder of your choice on your Windows.

2. Install and start the PhotoSync Pro App on your iPhone/iPad and your Windows.

3. - PhotoSync Pro can synchronize and backup your photos & videos automatically in the background (e.g. every time you come home or arrive at work).

4. - You can choose the backup location on your computer.

5. To transfer photos & videos between your iPhone and Windows, you will need to install our iOS App which you can find here: on the iOS App Store.

    Won’t even OPEN on Pc Prone.

    Won’t even OPEN on PC, with paid-for version on iPhone. on same wifi channel, etc. NO explanation, diagnostic advice or work-arounds offered. What a dud! I thought German coders were much more careful and methodical. Want a refund to discourage this being a widespread scam. Similar problems, then rate and explain PROBLEMS so they can correct them—if they have any pride in their product. Website needs a TAB to press for a direct link to PhotoSync Pro SUPPORT!

    It does say that it is syncing, but nothing shows up in the target folder… I want my money back

    This app does not work with the latest installed OS on my Windows and iPhone…..Having difficulty getting a refund…..
