  I use this on my Windows and my iPhone. I am a real estate agent that specializes in apartment locating. I deal with tons of people and this has been great with keeping my life organized!! The “Logs” function is great because I am able to keep track of our communication in an easy platform that i’m able to access on my computer or phone. With hundreds of different people in rotation i’m able to keep a system of follow up and remember what’s going on with each customer. The “To-do” section is great of course because i’m able to sync reminders with my calendar in one platform and easily view upcoming events with specific customers. It’s great to keep orginized notes, groups, and contact info as well. My only develeper issue so far has been with syncing though that has been fixed and when I’ve had a user error the support staff has been fast, friendly, and helpful.

  An amazing tool…takes some getting used to

  I looked for a tool that would help me manage the many relationships that I have proactively and seamlessly and chose this product after painstaking research. It took me some time to understand how powerful it is and how to use it. To my surprise, the more I learn about it, the better it meets my needs. Imagine that! It has taken me some time to trust the program to do what I wanted it to do and when I had questions or when something didn’t work as expected (technical or ‘operator error’), the support team resolved the problem for me in a very reasonable timeframe. As I continue to learn how to fully use the app as it was designed to be used, my effectiveness is going to increase dramatically. Highly recommend the app and highly recommend the commitment to fully understand what it can do for you.

  I will preface this that I am a solo professional photographer. I work full time doing mostly commercial work. I have all types of clients and project types and was looking for an app that I could keep project planning and ongoing work straight. There is nothing better than staying organized and it shows big time to clients when you do. So.... Giving 5 stars because the entire baseline is great, easy to look at, easy to use. The layout doesn't hurt my brain. Doesn't have a high learning curve. I love being able to attach files. For instance I like to use pad and paper at client meetings, I then summarize my meeting in LOGS but also snap a photo of my meeting notes and just drag the image from iPhoto to the attachments tab for reference, then I can go paper free and dump the paper version. This I find useful. I can also attach emails from that client and PDF's etc. I really love this feature while building communication with clients. I'm excited about email templates but haven't experienced it yet. I will updtae my review when I do. :) There are a couple minor hiccups here and there, however the overall base app is really great. I can live with the small issues and hopefully the developer will fix. (I will send a message to support).

  Super Skeptical at first, not now buy this

  Honestly, we all hear the CRM you use is the best. While Id agree with that statement, I was very skeptical and felt this CRM was lacking in many different ways others provided more. I think my problem with other CRM's was they were too complex too many automated options. I wouldnt use them becuase of the over whelming options that would allow me to be complacent. Its been about a week and Ive been in better contact with my prospects and better able to keep track of their needs, customizing my process to better conect everyone. Buy this and just play with it I wish I had purchased this from the very begining and Id be money ahead from more buisness and lack of monthly fees.
