How do I purchase the locked items???

Tried the free version, works great!!!!! Lots of nice formats, but I can’t seem to find the button that lets me unlock the locked items, all I get is a vague drop-down menu. Sent a request for tech support which was answer promptly with a automatic response…….nothimg since. 1/15/19 1/17/19 Just got a request for rating from the developer. I’m still waiting for a reply to my request re how to unlock and pay for the locked items. This is a great app, too bad I can’t get it to work properly. That’s the trouble with a majority of the Apps in the store, many of them don’t always work very well, and the developer ignores the useers. Oh well, I guess I’ll try one kotre time to get the developer to respond. 1/17/19 1/20/19 Updatre. IT WORKS NOW!!!!! I was finally able to buy the locked items! Thank you for fixing it! SUPER ASSORTMENT of frames!! I’M SO HAPPY!!!!
