    2FA and User Interface Anomalies

I purchased Keeper because of its vault security and ability to span that secure vault onto my three devices, PC (2014), iPad2 and iPhone7. The secure vault is available across devices, however, in one iPad and two iPhone instances, two-factor authentication does not work. On the Windows, several 2FA options are available which may function on other devices, but not the Windows. Also, the user interfaces are terribly inconsistent across devices. It appears that most of the product work went into the iPhone and less into the PC and iPad. On all devices, there is no indication that the addon Breachwatch is executing, nor is there any explanation how you are notified when a breach occurs. On the Windows, if the vault uses folders, they do not appear in the autofill window; and the autofill records are not in the sorted order organized in the vault window, forcing an autofill search. On the Windows, after drilling downward in Settings, reversing the traversal upwards does not always show all the windows that were shown in the downward path. On the Windows, when saving a Chat session, there is no validation of the send-to email address, and the session can be lost. Keeper's Chat analysts were helpful but Support’s responses to emails concerning the above issues were mostly without replies.

    just starting…..

I just got this ap and its a chore to input…not becuase of the ap though!! I love how easy it is…I am tossing 2 other apps and so its a time to confirm and so far i think its the easiest yet!! I have not figured out completely what they give you for free…like how many listings etc…but it gave me 3o days of upgraded version…but honestly who is going to NOT pay for it when you have gone to all this work…so gotta give them credit for the up sell…not expensive on a daily basis but could not a deterent for some ….$30 a year…I really am liking the simplicity and easy to find and edit features….I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get organized. I read some poor reviews but honestly I don’t see where a thinking person would need instructions… i am not a techis and having no issues…SO FAR…looking to see how to synch…as is not on phone as of yet…and that will be where I want it…but give it a try! Its super….

    Terrible experience

After almost 4 hours of diligence and chat help, which disappeared at the worst possible moment, all I have is a usless account with no prospects without manually entering dozens of passwords. And the probablity is great that even doing that will come to naught. The probability that this app will be accessable and useful seems lower than the probablitlly that the Microsoft Genius will not delete my entire photo library and cause hundreds of duplicate contact entries and other files. Said Genius did those things on more than one occasion and then explained to me that it was all normal to expect, in the rare instances possible, me to pay high fees to correct problems that I did not have before consulting them. In this drama with Keeper, Shella on Chat seemed to be following my line of inquiry but did not seem aware that the act of opening 1Password would instantly close her down along with all contact with Keeper. And following the instructions to import from 1Password and Chrome, as best could be approximated from the confused menus and nomenclature, has increased my list of imported login cites from 2 to 7.. All 5 of the new ones have zero inteligable login information and seem to have language that goes back before I ever used 1Password.

Good application with some annoying popups

I have bene using Keeper for a few years, it does the job. Not the most sophisticated application but it works and keeps me organized. I certainly recommend it however be aware that there is a yearly fee and it is not cheap just to keep track of passwords. The annoying part are the continuous popups trying to get you to subscribe to they flile storage system. They offer 10GB for an extra fee. With some free cloud storage availabe to day or at a resonable cost this option is not interesting and they should allow to turn this off from the application when not needed. I would have given a 5 starts if would not have been for these popups. They do make an effort in improving the application regularly. Recently there was an update. I am still trying to get used to this, hopefully it is an improvement. So Keeper team, stop offering the file storage and focus on what you do best by providing the best application in the market. You are almost there but not yet.
