WeatherMan Overview
What is WeatherMan? WeatherMan is an app that displays weather information for cities worldwide in three different ways - in the Menubar, in a window, and in the dock. It uses data from the National Weather Service to show current conditions, extended forecasts, weather alerts, radar images, and custom images. Users can add as many cities as they want using the File Menu or application preferences. The app also supports AppleScript, allowing users to extract weather data for use in other applications. The developer requests that users email them before posting a review about technical issues.

Latest update restores its glory
I've been using WeatherMan for years now, and it's by far my favorite weather app on PC. I recently migrated to a new MBP, though, and the previous version seemed to have an issue with city lookups -- making it impossible to enter new locations. This version fixes that, thank goodness! Now I can dump all the other apps I was testing as replacements, and return to the original I know and love.
the temperature in your menu bar
This is a great, simple solution if you just want to put the current temperature in your menubar. It's inexpensive, the information refreshes automatically, and the full forecast is available by clicking right there in your menubar. What's not to love?
No longer works for me
I have used this app since before there was an App Store. It has been very reliable but…. Right now it is broke as far asI am concerned. I have multiple cities in the location manager but I am unable to get current or forecast conditions from any city. I think I will delete it and all data and reinstall and hope for the best.
THIS USED TO BE A GREAT APP
I used to love this app. It was great for having the weather right on the tool bar of your Windows. However lately it won’t give me the weather from today. It only tells me the weather from yesterday. I click update now, to get up to the minute weather, and still it only tells me what the weather was yesterday. I hope they fix it soon.
