What is Whistle Phone? Whistle Phone is a communication app that allows users to make and receive unlimited texts and high-definition calls to other Whistle users over Wifi or mobile data plan. The app also offers inexpensive calls to landlines and cell phones, as well as low rates for international calls. Whistle Phone features customizable skins, contact integration, encrypted calling, call forwarding, voicemail, two-line calling features, and the ability to block unwanted calls. The app is available for desktop and mobile devices.
