    Cannot going to Cancel subscription

    This will not load anything and keeps crashing and now of course I cannot find anywhere to cancel like it said you could do in settings. I want to cancel my subscription and would like a refund

    I just paid for the yearly subscription and the app keeps kicking me out?! Doesn’t matter how many times I delete and try again it does the same thing? I want a refund

    Makes you think it’s from Cricut

    Not pleased with this app. I paid to subscribe not realizing it wasn’t a Cricut app. Not been able to open a thing. Doesn’t load correctly. Hope I can get a refund on cancellation

    I can’t find settings

    I can’t find settings to cancel my subscription. I’m not able to make the app work. I don’t want to keep it and would like to make sure I’m not charged.

    Will never let me login in

    I have a cricut. And although this PC just generally never works and has problems. I continue to try to use it. On Microsoft (since it also does not work with chromebook), i tried restoring my purchase (since I have it all) and finding just a simple login button. There is just NO login or account option. In addition, you cannot restore a purchase, just make a new one. So i deleted this terrible, finicky app. I ransacked the internet for hours trying to find anything to help me. Customer service was no help either. So I am returning my cricut. I will not give it another chance. if this is cricuits way of making people buy a different cricuit, I am glad I got rid of mine. Good riddance terrible app and PC.
