LifeStyle for LIFX Features and Description

1. A choice of layouts, a 'navigator' allowing you to view lamps / groups / locations / tags and a status bar menu give you control the way you want it.

2. LifeStyle gives you manual control over your LIFX bulbs and makes it easy to schedule them for when you're not around.

3. v3.1 adds support for multizone lamps (Z lightstrips) and gives you control over individual zones.

4. Works entirely on your own network (LAN protocol) rather than the LIFX cloud service, making for responsiveness and reliability.

Software Reviews and Criticism

    So far, so bad.

The LifeStyle OS X Aapp makes the LIFX iOS App crash. They don’t like each other at all. If that wasn’t enough, I can’t get this Lifestyle app to function. I don’t have time to mess around…if I throw a few bucks at something, I simply want it to work. It’s not cool to make something that’s built for the purpose of convenience and then have the experience be far less convenience than the problem it was supposed to have solved.
