Great tool and support!
I use Liner as part of my daily workflow and it's hard-working without it. I read a lot online so having the important bits saved for future reference are a huge help. The online dashboard has a friendly user-interface and search. A feature request would be to have the ability to add subfolders. My Liner stopped working with the latest Safari update. I contacted support and they did follow up and patched the issue. Very helpful support staff. I would highly recommend this app!
OMG Finally Liner for Mojave!
I had been hacking Liner to get it to work for Safari, but it would repeatedly vanish. Now they've actually added genuine compatibility! It works great! The only thing I could ask for is for the client to download your notes so that you can store them offline.
Worked SO well for a week or so - even upgraded to premium so I could use all available colors.
Theeen I tried to change my login info so that my colleague could access the work and when I was unable to do so, I reached out to support with no response. About 3 days after I upgraded I noticed that LINER was asking to login after each use, was no longer saving my highlights, snd continued to ask me to download various extensions, of which I had already done multiple times. Reached out to support (again) and just recevied an email that my question has " been recevied and will be reviewed soon " WHAT?? how can it take so long?? How many premium users can they have? Checking out other highlighting tools now but would love any rec's --
Privacy!
Too bad you people have no respect for privacy! Just because you are able doesn't mean you should! Disgusting people can't enjoy anything without you people snooping! That's why I don't use software or apps any more than I need! I deleted it!
Really Unimpressed
I've now installed and uninstalled this app three times after using it for a while and then becoming frustrated with it - three separate times! First because the developers installed pop-up messaging that would randomly show up and you couldnt turn it off. I think that is gone now but thats a serious breach UX and user consideration. Thumbs down. Then, after not being able to find another workable highlighter app, I decided to give it another try. This time, the app interfered with some of my G-Suite functionality and effectively disabled some key aspects of it. I disabled it and voila, my G-Suite stuff started working again. So - yeah, it highlights but the developers get D for user experience and QC efforts. Please - can someone come up with a highlighter for Safari that plays nice with your workflow? Please??
