    Great program

I use Microsoft Mail for my home accounts. I wanted a separate program for my work. I tired Canary, but could not get it to access my mail at all. I used Spark for a few weeks but the font colors in Dark Mode made it impossible to read (Light mode was too blinding). When i downloaded BlueMail, setup took seconds to complete. Really straight forward and easy,. I've been placying with some customization and so far, I'm really liking this app. Kuddos.

    Nice, but lacking

I've tried a number of email client apps. Bluemail is the first I've found which lacks proper support of Gmail Labels. - No primary or context-sensitive menu option to 'tag' or 'label' messages - 'Move to folder' on Gmail accounts does not apply a label; it moves to a folder, and the message is no longer visible in Inbox or All Mail. They're heinous omissions, even for a free app.

    Confusing keyboard shortcuts

Non-intuitive if you're used to other apps. Preferences are called "Settings" and don't allow the standard shortcut to access, you have to click the menu. Up and down arrow keys don't navigate between messages like other apps. Shift-arrowkey to select a range of messages doesn't. Del key doesn't delete a message. Etc.

Great clean interface, but incomplete Exchange support

Complete Exchange support is advertized, but BlueMail does not have access to my University's Exchange Global Address List. The on-line support does not help, and quite frankly doesn't match the Windows version of the product. This lack of support makes the program worthless to me. If you don't need complete Exchange support, perhaps BlueMail would work for you, but otherwise don't waste your time.
