1. HTML Email Signature - Mail enhances these capabilities by allowing customized creation of email signatures from HTML.

2. Microsoft Mail does not offer creation of email signatures from HTML.

3. Issues with formatting and/or appearance of the final signature are directly tied to the HTML code.

4. Simply add your HTML, and your signature is created! A button to preview the HTML is also available.

5. - An installed version of Microsoft Mail (included by default in Windows OS X and PC) is required for this application to function.

6. - Valid HTML must be provided.

7. Only a rich-text editing box is provided, without the ability for more customization.

8. This is not a design utility.

    It is very, very simple and you don´t have to fight with weird documents. It worth the 3$. Very fast and easy :)

    Good tool

    You'll either need to know html coding or be able to find a good html template (Google "HTML email signature code template). Program has a nice "Preview" button and then automatically creates a signature file and saves it in the appropriate folder for you. Tool worked as described.

    Does not work

    I tried this app, and it does not work. It will show up in my mail as a signature, but the image is always missing, and the format never stays. It looks like I just typed up the signature.

    It did not work on my Windows Pro

    I reached out to the company via their support contact info and never heard back. I found another way to create the signatures. Very disappointing.

    Fastastic Support!!!

    Easily one of the top customer support expereinces I've had in recent memory! I had an issue with the app hanging and being unable to click on the Create Signature button. I emailed support and received a response back within a couple hours. Afterwhich, we setup a time for the following day for them to remotely connect to my Windows, they had it fixed in minutes. If anyone runs into this issue in an M1 Windows, be sure to have Rosetta 2 installed first!
