A Thoughtful, Body and Mind Exercise
Has a nice variety of exercises to calm and stimulate body and spirit.
Odd but interesting
There is not much movement in this practice, so it isn’t exercise like yoga. It seems to combine meditation and qi gong in a way, although the movements are much simpler. The “Written Ideas” section iattempts to explain the theory but i did not find it useful. I will use this app as a kind of moving meditation when I’m restless and don’t want to sit. Overall, it is a relaxing practice that may settle my mind when needed.
