What is Rest? Rest is a productivity app for Mac that reminds users to take breaks to improve productivity and eye health. It offers hand-picked sounds and images for breaks, as well as the option to supply your own. The app supports Pomodoro time management technique with custom intervals and an optional longer 4th break. It has an unobtrusive menubar indicator and an advance notice countdown for breaks.
