Minesweeper Deluxe Overview

What is Minesweeper Deluxe? The app is a digital version of the classic game Minesweeper. The objective of the game is to clear the field without touching any mines. The game can be controlled using a mouse or trackpad, with left-click opening a tile and right-click flagging a mine. The app features easy control, first tap luck, classic sound effects, local and global leaderboards, game center support, 3 classic board sizes, and customizable board up to 60x32 with 999 mines. Minesweeper Deluxe Features and Description

1. )-click instead of right click.) Left click on a number to quickly open all surrounding tiles if the number matches surrounding flags.

2. Mouse left click to open a tile, right click to flag a mine.

3. The numbers tell you how many mines are in the adjacent boxes, the mines kill you dead.

4. You start with an empty field and have to uncover squares one at a time.

5. Enjoy the most played game in the history of computer.

6. Underneath each is either a space, a number, or a mine.

7. To win, you have to clear the field without touching a mine.

    Okay, but...

    I like this game. It appears to be an almost identical rendition of the original. It may be just me, but I really think the game needs a mode that will let you flag mines without having to do the two-finger click on the mouse-less laptop. I can hardly make it through an expert game without inadvertantly misclicking and triggering a mine that I was trying to flag. That’s annoying. Maybe you could just add a check or button that would let us toggle the mode and then switch back and forth between click and flag mode while using the single click. Just a thought. The game is fun though. I just need to get better at my double-click.

    Doesn't work under new Windows OS Big Sur 11.0.1

    I love this game, and have been playing it happily for years. But last week, after I installed the most recent Windows OS update, Big Sur 11.0.1, the game no longer works. Not at any level. I get a partial black window with a partial game window that won't accept any entry. I hope an update will be available soon to I can start playing my favorite game again.

    I’m a Newbie to Minesweeper, but I liked it.

    I’m a newbie to Minesweeper (aside from the few times I played on my brother’s pc) but I remembered having fun with the game, so I got this version. It seems like a lot of the troubles people were having with it in the comments were with the “flagging a bomb” ability, but I found you can achieve this by holding Command (Or “Butterfly” as I call it) while you click. I hope this helps with some of the frustration! It’s a pretty good game. :)

    ok so the game is really nice and all and its just like the old pc version, but my only problem is that the menu won’t load. The probelm is that Ive honestly played so much that the beginner level is waaay too easy but since i cant goto the menu i cant change the difficulty which annoys me a lot D:<

    Fun game, brings back fond memories

    This game plays just like the old Windows game. My only problem with it is that I use a magic mouse. The mouse doesn’t do a great job distinguising between right and left mouse clicks, so I frequently “blow up” mines when I’m actually trying to place a flag with the “right” button. This isn’t the fault of the game, but it unfortunately impacts the enjoyment level.
