  great support, and in the end, a fantastic eBay sniper tool.

  I’ve used this app for a while and can give a good going over. Set up is slightly long if you go the route of having your Windows be able to wake up to snipe, but once you figure it out the bonus is you only have to do it once. :) Auction snipes are easy to start, and I’ve done many snipes with no problems. Customer support is ideal, can’t get much better, they return my emails, and do it very quickly, with intelligent answers. The “cluster bidding” is fantastic, works well. you can set up a group of bids, so that when one wins, the other auctions are canceled. excellent. when you want something, but see many choices and don’t want to miss one, while trying to win another. The app is simple to use.. actually a pleasure to use after the initial setup. you can see all your snipes in a “watch list” at a glance, with all of my snipe bids displayed and can change, edit, move them around and delete them with ease. How does it compare to other ways of doing ebay sniping? I personally find this method of eBay sniping ideal. It gives me personal control and I don’t have to send my ebay password to some web server like other methods. All in all a fine experience and app and customer support.

  The best sniping program I have used (many over past 15 years)

  Having purchased over $1.6m on ebay since 1998 I rely on having a sniping program that helps me get the lowest price as well as a successful bid. With Auction Sniper for Ebay, I RARELY miss out on bids (and if I do, it’s almost always an issue with my setup rather than with the program itself). I have used numerous programs over the years, this has been the most reliable as well as well supported program (many useful updates - done frequently). The program is very easy to use, intuitive and speedy. One excellent feature is the Cluster Bidding so I can be sure that I will win an item even if I lose out on an earlier bid - but not making any additional bids if I have already won a “clustered” auction. Don’t be put off by the price (if you were) - because a reliable sniping tool will far exceed the value if you win the items you want. Nothing makes you feel worse or angrier when you lose out on an auction when you were willing to pay much more than the final bid price. This has been the very best bidding tool that I have used!!

  First Snip Worked perfect!

  At first my computer went to sleep (before the snipe), common sense tells me your computer CAN NOT go to sleep and the app must be open if you want it to work. I went to my Windows preferences and turned off Energy Saver then put it on Never sleep. Now the app has complete control to work. Sure enough my 1st test bid on a inexpensive silver ring worked. Five secs before ending my automatic bid went in and I got notify of it, YAY I won. Love this app. I did not have to set the app preference to Enable Windows to automatically power on because my computer is ALWAYS on anyways and all the security setting changes that I would have to make made me nervous so it works fine without all that done to it as long as your computer is always awake and on during the time of the snipes it works fine. I was getting tired of paying for each snip with other services on the net and their fees are getting unreasonable these days, I am done with them and glad I found this app. This is perfect for me. Thank you for creating it. Thumbs up to the developer and offering the app at a reasonable price.

  Brilliant app for a complex process

  As a longtime buyer on eBay, I’ve used a few paid sniping services over the years but I’d lost too many important auctions due to various reasons beyond my control. And for my purposes, having complete control is the point of this app. The only auctions I’ve ever missed using it were due to my bids being lower than the final hammer price. This app has never once let me down in the years I’ve been using it. The developer has clearly spent a lot of time thinking through the processes, and while the the setup instructions look daunting, once I got into it setup was easier than I’d expected and I was sniping in less than 10 minutes. The developer provides excellent, highly detailed instructions for all situations—but if you keep your Windows on 24/7 (as I do for business) setup is a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if winning auctions on eBay is important to you, with no cost-per-snipe fees online bidding services charge. I would easily have paid much more for this app, as it has saved me thousands of dollars winning bids over the years.
