SSH Proxy Overview
What is SSH Proxy? SSH Proxy is a user-friendly app that allows users to turn any remote SSH server into a SOCKS/HTTPS proxy. It can create HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4/4A, and SOCKS5 proxy through SSH tunnel and remembers SSH login password & private key passphrase in OS X's keychain. The app can automatically reconnect when the Mac wakes up from sleep and supports multi-factor authentication, including Google Authenticator and Authy. It also allows users to whitelist sites that can be accessed through the proxy server. Note that SSH Proxy only supports SSH-2 protocol and requires a remote SSH server to function.
1. SSH Proxy can help you turn any remote SSH server into a SOCKS / HTTPS proxy, intuitive and easy to use.
2. • You got to have a remote SSH server before downloading and using SSH Proxy, SSH Proxy does not provide you SSH service.
3. • SSH Proxy supports SSH-2 protocol, the vulnerable and obsoleted SSH-1 is not supported.
4. SSH Proxy is able to remember the SSH login password & private key passphrase and save it to OS X's keychain.
5. Furthermore, SSH Proxy is designed to automatically reconnect when your Windows is waking up from sleep.

Super Useful
This app is fantastic, super useful. To be honest I wasn’t sure what I was buying, I shot over a few questions and I got an email back from Yang with detail use cases. Great app, great support, highly reccommended.
Awesome
I was looking for this kind of app that supports SOCKS as well as web traffics and this is exactly what I needed. Keep good working!
Excellent!!!
I’ve been used “SSH Tunnel Manager” before use this. “SSH Tunnel Manager” is only supports SOCKS but this app is supports HTTP(S) and SOCKS. Fantastic!!!
Just what I’ve been waiting for (a very long time)
USE CASE: I’m using this applicationt to tunnel subscription-based sites (like acm, ieee, springer, etc.) to my university library account (because they have paid for those services already). I can add those sites to the “white list” and let this application tunnel only those requests without routing the regular traffic. REVIEW: I’m really happy I bought this application. It works like a charm!
