    UltraVPN functionality

    I have been using this app for over a year on the recommendation of Kim Kammando. It worked well on both my Windows lap top and iPhone 8 until 3 months ago. Apparently the latest iPhone iOS upgrade broke the program and my phone, when trying to use UltraVPN, will not connect to the internet. The only way to get it to connect is to remove UltraVPN from the phone. If that it done, I immediately connect to the internet again. I just tried to install the latest version and the response on my new iPhone12 Pro Max was the same, no internet. I cannot recommend this program on the iPhone until the figure out how to fix the internet connectivity problem. I does appear to work on my Windows Laptops so I am still using it but I would really like it to also work on my phone.

    easy and effective

    works transparently in the background and provides a higher level of security for this Windows user. An additional benefit is the ability to sign in through an different country. I am an English speaker only, but on occasion I sign in to servers in Great Britain when doing a search . I find different links that are. sometimes useful. If you are a non English speaker it's a great resource ... also fun if you want to brush up on your foreign language skills.

    Version 1.4.0 Plus Poor UltraVPN Customer Service

    I've been very happy with UltraVPN for the past 10 months until today when I updated my app to Version 1.4.0 - wasted an entire day "chatting" with UltraVPN and it's still not resolved (very poor customer service since it's not possible to speak with a live person - claims that they're unable to provide assistance via phone right now which is infuriating!). Ultimately, 1.4.0 won't connect and unable to uninstall and reinstall. DO NOT UPGRADE to 1.4.0 because if you have any problems, you'll be sorry.

    Worked Great... Until it Didn't

    I've been using UltraVPN on my Windows for over a year and was quite happy with it until it recently stopped working. I tried the remedies in their knowledgebase, and they didn't help one iota. Shipping an app that breaks with a PC update and completely stops working (ie. won't even attempt to connect to the VPN servers), and not even letting users know there's an issue... unacceptable. Given that their price point is a bit higher than many competitors, my advice is to save your money and go with a VPN that works... reliably.

    Seemless and smooth

    Got this to watch a french show from the US, and it's fantastic. Super easy to install, fast to connect and my show streams super smoothly. Very satisfied with the experience. I like the UI of the app too.
