Moody and entertaining
This is a good puzzling pirate adventure tale that carries you through a series of rooms, towers, a ship and even a catacombs with challenges to keep you entertained. There’s a map to help you find the next piece in the mystery as you go along. The story is good and the graphics are full of gloomy skulls, bats and skeletons accompanied by fittingly somber but sea ditty-like music. Should appeal to young teens on up.
Great Game
Love the story line and the graphics, such detail. This is my second time playing the game, eight months later. Even more fun second time around! Purchased the secqual a few weeks ago, so thought I’d go back and do this one again. Both games are well worth the CE!!!
Decent. Got better….
The part in the museum is REALLY boring and not fun. Very basic and all of the puzzles are told to you of how to solve and what to do. Boring intro. The next part is better…still very easy puzzles…the hardest thing I found with this was that the Cinnamon Sticks looked like Chopsticks…finished demo in like 20-30 minutes? Agreed with earlier reviews…dialogue was long and boring and I mostly skipped it. I would’ve paid $1-4 for the full game. not $7
Very Enjoyable Game
As others have said, it isn’t the most challenging game. However, it is definitely engaging. I’ve found all three games by Artifex Mundi to be about the best of the hidden object story games. The artwork, animation and story line are all very good indeed.
