Great app
Although I am not willing to pay for premium the limit of 3 devices is enough for me. However I wish that it was 4 on lock screen widgets for symmetries sake, or at least have positionable slots. Either way it is a well thought out app for being something you won’t go to all that much. It’s the little things that matter like the battery looking like a sort of liquid that moves with the gyroscope in your phone, or how they give you a custom shortcut for AirPods battery checking. All together it’s a very good app in which I can only hope gets better.
Annoyingly kept asking to review…
Just purchased because the free version limited the number of devices you can add to 3. For $2.99 you can add unlimited devices. Only negative was it kept popping up asking to review! I’ve only had the app for 10 minutes for crying out loud! I’m taking the time to review because so far, it seems like it’s exactly what I was looking for AND to stop the darn requests to review! If it turns out to be a wasted $2.99 I’ll circle back and update this review but like I said, it does seem to be exactly what I was looking for and we’ll worth the $2.99
Simple, streamlined, cost effective device management
As someone who has several devices being able to check the battery life of devices i'm not curently on has been invaluable. As a full time student who works full time and someone who has a work set of devices and a personal set of devices being able to make sure I can see what I need to charge when this is fantastic! It's also great to make sure items are charge before a trip! One simple lifetime in app purchase and i'm sold!
Refund requested
Great concept, but the app does not show updated battery levels of devices. FAQ has multiple reasons, explanations, and “fixes”, but I’m not looking to spend 2 hours trying to make a purchased app work. All my devices are at 100%, but the widget shows the charge levels from 8 hours ago. If Microsoft restricts the ability of a Lock Screen widget to retrieve battery levels, then maybe don’t sell an app with a Lock Screen widget as the main selling point. If I have to manually open the app and/or refresh the device list, what’s the point? Refund requested. And a side note? Please stop with the “you gonna” in your documentation. “… you gonna need to remove the exist one then re-add it.” Pasted that directly from the FAQ. Seriously?
Seems to work very well
This is my first review of the product, only having used it for a couple of days. For the most part, it seems to perform as expected. The graphics are actually quite lovely, and I am enjoying it. However, I can't quite seem to figure out how to manage my devices. You only get three (3) devices to attach, without having to pay a small fee. However, I can't seem to manage the three free devices, before I would pay for an unlimited amount. When I can figure that out, I'll be able to decide whether or not the rating should be five stars. For now, it's unclear to me.
