What is mediTibem? mediTibem is a meditation timer app that guides users through meditation sessions consisting of up to three sitting meditations, with short walking periods in between. The app uses genuine bells and wood clapping sounds from instruments used in live sessions. Users can select predefined settings or edit individual meditation times via the systemwide settings app. The app display remains active during sessions, and after finishing, mediTibem presents a small motivational thought on meditation. The app can be paused or stopped by tapping the screen, and contextual help information is available by touching the screen outside the timer face circle.
1. To change the meditation duration, the timer display element is tapped, to change the number of meditation periods the gray circle segments are tapped.
2. It may guide you through meditation sessions consisting of maximum three sitting meditations, intermitted by short walking periods.
3. After finishing the session, mediTibem presents a small motivational thought on meditation.
4. The app display remains active during sessions for information about the current meditation phase.
