What is Mafia? Mafia: The Game is a free app based on the classic party game Mafia (aka Werewolf). It is a social mystery game where one player is selected to be the mafia and can decide who to kill, while everyone else tries to find out who the mafia is. The game can be played in the same room or over the internet, making it a great ice-breaker or party game. Each player is assigned a character, such as the doctor, detective, or sheriff, with unique abilities to help them identify the mafia. The app also features storyteller mode, where a player can make up a story and recount the events of the night, and widgets to keep track of game stats. Mafia: The Game is completely free and does not contain ads or in-app purchases. Note that the app does not provide a chat function between players, so communication must be done in person or through a video call.
