Lost my phone...found my phone!
I could not find my phone, so I downloaded this app onto my laptop. Using the Bluetooth signal from my lost phone I tracked it down. It was in a drawer in the guest room, my guess is that a grandchild put it there when they were visiting. I would of never found it without this app.
cannot find
the 1st time we bought a speaker it hooked up easily with our PC.. Ever since though it is always a pain to connect. Don't understand. Do we need to pay to keep using it? If so, why did it connect so easily the first time??
No clue how or if it works
The device recognized my devices, but offered no signal, except to let me know when I was right by my phone. A speaker was listed, but the distance signal was wacky. When I tried to open a manual for how to use this app, the app crashed. Don't waste your money like I did. Also there are over 200 ratings listed, but when I clicked to see them, only 6 were shown. I get the impression this is a phony application. If the owners want to contact me and how to get this app running, please do so.
trap
It shows no financial info up front, simply says get, as though included in your apps, and then when you try to open it to see if it actually works, it gives you the option to pay $9.99 per month or a one time purchase price, not listed until you look further. Mind you, this is free with your cell plan. I really hate these time wasting plots to get more money out of consumers... I did not find out whether or not it was even effective. grrr.
I found it!
I was certain my iphone was gone. My Microsoft watch wasn't connecting to the iphone so . Then I suddenly remembered the "Find My" app. I had one false start but I picked up my Pc and started wandering around the house. The numbers on the screen started going down. So, I kept walking until I couldn't go any further. At that point, my phone was staring right at me. Nice job!
