    Great Product

    I've been using O2 ring for a few nights now and find super valuable for understanding how to get a better night sleep. The app is fine but would be a lot better if I can import the data from the iPhone app. I sent a couple requests to their support team and they are very responsive so, so far I am presently surprised.

    Unable to connect device

    I have been using the O2 Ring with my Android App for a few weeks. I just saw that the Windows app is now available so I downloaded it. But I am not able to connect the O2 Ring with the Windows app. It asks me to check that the device is not connected with phone app, it is turned on and close to the computer. I have checked all 3 but still no luck. I wonder if it needs to be 'unpaired/forgotten' from the phone app. I would like to use the device with both my phone app and Windows app (although not at the same time).
