    Exactly What I Needed!

I purchased this app for my Christmas card list. I have previously used an Access database, but that went away earlier this year. I was able to export the data to a CSV file. When I tried to import the data from the CSV file into this app, the app crashed (repeatedly). Rather than jump straight to a negative reivew, I emailed Till, one of the creators of the app, and explained the problem. I shared the error report and my CSV file and they were able to identify the problem - it was some bad data in my CSV file. Once I deleted that particular information (which I did not need anyway), the app worked great! It was exactly what I needed! I really appreciate Till's quick response and how he was able to zero in on the problem. I am definitely a happy customer!

    Well Done App

Labels are precise and easy to print. Creating new sets of labels for re-use is very convenient, especially when you're changing the name line for Holiday Cards (e.g. "The Johnson Family"). This app would be 5-stars if the ability to import (or drag and drop) groups of names from Contacts was implemented. Importing from contacts one at time was slower, but works. Unfrotunately, the Contacts App doesn't export a group of contacts to CSV.

    Easy and nice font choices

I use this to both update an address book for manual use near my desk, but also for a Christmas Card List. I would have rated it a 5 star if there were an easy way to edit a prior entry address, but instead I deleted it and added the new one again. Also I would like it to have an alphabetical sort available.

    Best Address Label

This app allows you to add many addresses on one Avery template which is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to use and has numerous templates. The FAQ answered my questions on changes/addtions to a saved file. It printed every address perfectly on a 30 address sheet. I asked a question before I bought the app (reasonable price) and received a prompt and detailed answer.

    A Keeper

I had some problems because I did not understand the program. This program is a throwback to the good old days of Macintosh, when a simple program did one thing, and it did it very well. Once I was taught (by the very helpful folk who answer email at Nobody LLC) what I was doing wrong, I was fifteen minutes from printing several dozen labels. Before the solution to may problem was sent to me, I was asked to send a sample of my data file. An almost immediate response came back that diplomatically showed me that the problem I was causing was an unwanted data item in my mailing list. That response even sent back my address list in an Address Labels data file. My work was done, if I didn’t want that item in the list. I download, try, and reject a fair number of apps. This app does one job very well and very simply. The support is superb. (Is it fair to say Nobody provides great support for their app?) Address Labels by Nobody LLC will stay in my Applications folder.
