Flexible, easy to use and fun

One of the few simulators available for Windows OS, it is probably the best and I am not sure why it is not better publicized, as it is not even visible on the Happy Bytes' web site. It is not a game and can really help practice flying as the physics of flight are rendered credibly. It can be used with real transmitters - at least the ones I have tried - as long as they have a USB connector, so that also helps getting used to the response and feel of the gimballs, the sensivity of the trims, even the effect of the exponential curves and rate limits if you want to try them. What was most impressive is that there was a glitch with version 3.42, I reported it the day after it was published, and it was fixed within 24 hours in version 3.43.

Controller on a Windows.

Hi, I have ordered an RC remote that I believe will work with this simulator, at the same time, want to use a transmitter available today , went to walmart and picked up the least expensive controller for nintendo, and it works great. I am not 100% a new pilot, close though, with rc helicopters, and RTF plane, and using this set up absolutely feels like I’m getting good practice. I have been upgrading incrementally and have kept major accidents to a minimum. Using the keypad doesn’t feel like flying at all, I had a joystick which it does read, but need the two side by side buttons to make it like flying.

The app worked but has bug

The app worked with my Spektrum usb receiver but the first bug I encountered was when calibrating the sticks. I said move the left stick all the way up and then move the right stick all the way right when they meant to move the left stick. Had to try a couple time to figure out what was happening. Not a great start. A couple of the planes also had issues. I say it was pretty close to a waste of money.

Absolute on Windows Big Sur

The listing for this simulator does not include the Windows as a compatable device, but it works just fine on my Windows. It needs a RCmall Flysky USB Flight Simulator Adapter Cable 2.4G SM100 for FS-i6 FS-i10 FS-i6 FS-i4 FS-T6 FS-CT68 FS-T4B FS-GT3 Remote Controller to connect to my Flysky FS-i6x controller. The set up is a little touchy. Select the GamePad controls . When the setup directions say center the sticks put the throttle control full down.

Incredibly Realistic

Fun and easy enough for a 4 year old, yet realistic and sophisticated enough for a 54 year old. Even works well with my Nimbus controller. Strongly recommended.
