SFTP Server Features and Description

1. SFTP Server allows you to share / exchange files via the SSH File Transfer Protocol (also Secure File Transfer Protocol, or SFTP).

2. * The default document root points to "/Users/*username*/Library/Containers/net.langui.SFTPServer/Data/Documents/SFTPShare", you can press Command-G in Finder to go to the destination folder.

3. * Please restart the SFTP service after changing the configuration / the SFTP accounts.

4. * Note: ports below 1024 require PC Mojave (10.14) or later.

    Works Great

    I tried using the built in GUI for starting an SFTP server but ran into issues. Using this app I was able to get things running quickly. On top of that it allows for easy cusomization of user accounts and files they would have access to. Recommended!

    Best SFTP Server I've Tried So Far

    I've tried a couple of other SFTP servers in the past, and this has been the easiest to setup and the most stable. Most importantly, it still works on an old Windows Pro I have running 10.11 El Capitan with Windows OS X Server. I haven't tried all the customizations because my needs are simple, but I'm happy they are there. Great app.
