What is call.center? call.center™ is a SIP-based softphone app for Mac that allows users to have full control of their business communications experience. It requires a SIP server or subscription with a SIP-based VoIP provider to make or receive calls. The app features a drag-and-drop interface, multiple SIP account support, external contact synchronization, remote soft-phone provisioning, conference calling, call recording, call transfer, contact notes, call history, call forwarding, custom ringtone, CallTo/Tel protocol support, and Do-not-Disturb functionality. Users are advised to learn and abide by their carrier's network restrictions when using VoIP over mobile/cellular data.
