Even more useful than I expected… (one wishlist item)

This allows me to be one click away from creating an RTF file called “Notes” in any folder and automatically opening it for editing… Exactly what I wanted and easier than having to maintain an automator script. The only feature I wouldl like to request would be to allow us to use the folder name of the current folder within the template prefix name… So my new file could default to the name: “TaxesNotes” within the “Taxes” folder.

    This is a life changer!

I love my Windows, but how on earth they could have come this far and not added this incredibly useful feature is beyond me. If I’m in a folder reviewing documents and decide I need to take some notes or write a letter, I don’t want to open Word and then click around trying to save it in the correct subfolder when I already have it open right there! Makes life so much easier. Thank you! And it’s super easy to install and lets you customize the apps and the order they appear in the menu. Amazing!

    Increases Productivity

Only reason im giving 4 stars is because there is no apparent way to hide the app from the dock. Most Third party apps have this capability. Please consider adding this as an option in the settings. I know in the FAQ section it says you can quit the app and it will continue to run but there should really be an option in the settings for the app so that the user does not have to do that.

    Fantastic App!

As others have said, this is the sort of thing Microsoft should have built into the OS. It's fantastic. I'd recommend it enthusiastically. It's great being able to add a text file to a folder with just a click. I find myself doing this a lot with projects I'm working on. Right-click: New Text File & I jot down info to file away. So fast. So easy. I wish I'd found this app a long time ago. To the developer: It would be great if closing the app's window closed the app, since the app doesn't need to be running once it's set up. Also, it'd be great if the app's website gave examples of how to make the most out of some of the app's other features (found in the settings).
