    Monitor is okay. Support is less than desirable

    This monitor works much of the time the way it’s advertised. But I’ve had several annoying problems that are not addressed in the FAQs—like the continual loss of connection others have mentioned. I’ve written emails to the support staff and have never had a reply. I see that they do seem to answer here—I’ll try the suggestions when my grandson wakes up. But why do they advertise going to the website for support and have an email address to send support questions if they never answer them?

    Don't upgrade!

    Free version has worked fine but the paid cloud connection feature doesn't work. People come to me with computer issues so I am considered tech savy. I couldn't do it. When you contact support, all they tell you is to restart or reinstall. Pointless.

    The idea of not buying a physical device crashed to dust when I tried this application.

    Even after contacting support, they still didnt provide any answers. So, the app is useless AND the customer service is useless. :(
