Good tool but expensive
Good tool but I would only buy it for a one time fee or a lower annual one
Application needs polish
Missing features: * csv export and quick filtering of the displayed data rows are not integrated well (too hidden) in the user interface * quick filtering of query results is mostly useless since it loses it’s state when re-running the same query * tabs don’t display the selected database and the table name of the shown results (but the name of the open .sql file instead), which makes handling multiple tabs unnecessarily hard. Is the concept of .sql-files as primary store even needed anymore? Who saves their querys as files (there are favourites)? Nowadays, applications should just maintain their state (and optionally allow exporting) * The font type and size of the result grid can’t be set * The status bar on the bottom is unnecessarily big and can’t be hidden * Editor rows cannot be duplicated (e.g. with CMD + D); they cannot be moved up or down by CTRL + CMD + arrow up / down either. In general: there is no real shortcut management * Notifications can’t be configured (the only ones currently are when copying result rows) * Query favorites and settings can’t be ex- / imported * When creating a table, the default value refuses to store; it is not possible to set rows to ‘unsigned’ * Tables can’t be duplicated * The application crashes reliably when I try to set `Fira Code Retina` as editor font Besides from that, the application can be recommended. It has a few small upsides over Sequel Pro. Those include: * keeps (most) state over restarts * tables can be searched with CMD + F when the sidebar is focused * the sidebar allows to view attributes * the history interface is implemented better * a editor tab isn’t bound to a specific database connection With some improvements mentioned above, this could get a great tool!
Crashes at PC 10.14.6
Crashes during writing query. Is there any MySQL client on this planet that works?
