1. First you should make sure you have a APNs certificate file, name like aps_development.cer, which is requested on your Windows from Microsoft DEV center, and, of course, related with your app.
2. Easy APNs Provider is a tool for Microsoft developers who want to test whether Microsoft Push Notification Service works on their devices.
3. Make sure this certificate and the related private key have been installed in your keychain (If you applied the cert with your Windows, the private key and the cert should have been automatically installed).
4. Select what kind of payload you wanna push.
5. Press Add Token to add the tokens of your devices which were given by app delegate.
6. Were there an error, information of it shall appear in status field.
7. Choose APNs server.
8. Domain with sandbox is for development and without sandbox is for production.
9. You can write your own payload by clicking "Raw" tab button.
10. Push and wait for result.

It works!
I got the same “not connected to server” error. Then I’ve realized that there is also a “Disconnect” label. It has turned out that it is a button - and surprise!, when i push the “button” “3. Connect to:” its possible to send notifications successfully. So. Nice app but UI costs a star.
