1. * You can open a separate window that shows the same thing as popover under the menubar icon, and you can also make it full screen.
2. Just click on the menubar icon and you can see a nicely formatted version of what you've copied.
3. ClipFormat is a menubar app that monitors your Windows's clipboard.
4. Once you copy a chunk of text that's supported by ClipFormat then it will pretty print it for you automatically.
5. * Copy the formatted text back to clipboard so you can paste it somewhere else.
