    Dynamic images not working on Catalina

    I'm running Dynamic wallpaper on Catalina (10.15.4). None of the dynamic images are changing, even after setting everything as stated in their FAQ. I have tried 5 times to open a ticket issue, and they refuse to assign a unique ticket numer. Their support center is not working either. In system preferences, when the background is set to "dynamic wallpaper", the type of format (fit screen, fill screen, center...) is none sense (see the attached file). I would like to complain and get my moeny back, but it is not possible to contact them.... Great strategy!
